Post Doc Ulster

Dr. Atta Ul Haq is a postdoctoral research fellow (Research Associate) at Nanotechnology & Integrated Bioengineering Centre (NIBEC), Ulster University, UK. He received his PhD in Materials Engineering as a Marie Curie Fellow from Ulster University in 2018. He obtained his MS and BS degrees in Materials Engineering from KAIST (South Korea) and GIK Institute (Pakistan) respectively. He is currently working on the Emergent Nanomaterials focusing on the exsolution of nanoparticles driven by plasma processes at atmospheric/low pressures. Dr. Atta’s research interests lie in the area of Atmospheric pressure plasmas, nanoparticles/quantum dots, carbon nanomaterials, solar cells and supercapacitors.
